After an absence of nearly a month, Isildur1, the elusive high stakes poker player made a flash-appearance on Full Tilt Poker tables. Isildur1 was seen playing at the poker room at Pot Limit Omaha and No Limit Hold’em tables. The interesting thing is that the Swedish has chosen micro-stakes tables.

The first impression is that the mysterious player’s bankroll has considerably diminished, not allowing him to participate in  high-stakes tables anymore, which is how he got his fame. On the other hand, it is clear that Isildur1 does everything to maintain the mystery that surrounds him, and it would not be surprising if this move wasn’t a way to simply confuse his opponents.

The fact remains that the Swede manages to remain in the spotlight in the online poker world. Another hypothesis is that the elusive poker player has been spotted on Betfair Poker, this time with nickname “Omlphalotus.” Clues reveal the same aggressive style of play – almost irresponsible, simultaneous action on several tables, long sessions of play and a clearly Swedish origin.

The only hope is that when Isildur1’s identity is revealed, the network will not be moved by an “oohoooh” exclamation of disappointment and disillusionment. Because of the tremendous expectations he has created, Isildur1 must also think about what will happen after his unmasking.
